The third project on a property that was subdivided in compliance with the rezoning of a historic town centre in Morriston, ON, this 2,000sf residence features a lower ‘granny flat’ with an upper studio apartment. The project, while constrained by a predominantly Northern exposure, takes full advantage of a South-facing roof slope to support PV panels affixed to the standing seam roofing, making this project a net-zero energy and zero carbon (operational) project.
