Andy worked with architects Alliance to develop and complete the 3D BIM model in ArchiCad as model manager for this tower and podium project in Toronto’s historic district. Andy’s decision to ‘chunk’ this model into a series of nesting hotlinks in order to speed up teamwork, while alpha-testing ArchiCad for Version10  in the platform, culminated Graphisoft’s approach to delta technology in their new teamwork. Andy used this approach as the basis for confirming an established large-project workflow at ArchiCad University in Nottingham, UK in 2008.
